Who we are
This site is run by Resound Live AV Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information you give us here.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number, company or venue, and role.
- Booking details: the event, number of seats, payment status and invoices.
- Any dietary or accessibility notes you choose to share.
- Check-in time on the day, and any feedback you send us after the event.
- Whether you've agreed to our booking terms and whether you'd like news about future events.
We don't collect card details on this site.
How we use it
- To manage your booking: confirm your seat, send your pass, invoice and reminders, and check you in.
- To prepare for the event, for example catering and access arrangements.
- To send your certificate and ask for feedback after the event.
- To send news about future training and events, only if you ticked the box to ask for it. You can stop these at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our email delivery service, so we can send your booking emails.
- Our customer relationship system (HubSpot), where we keep records of bookings and enquiries.
- Event partners, only where needed to run the event (for example, the venue for access arrangements).
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the event, our accounts and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Stop event news emails at any time.

Cookies and visitor statistics
We don't use advertising cookies. We count visits to this site in a privacy-friendly way to see which pages are useful. Staff sign-in uses storage in your browser only to keep staff signed in.
