Booking terms

Events are organised by Resound Live AV Ltd ("we", "us"). By registering you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

• Registering reserves a place, subject to availability. Each event has a limited number of seats.
• For paid events, your seat is confirmed when we email you an invoice.
• If an event is full you can join the waiting list. A waiting-list place is not a booking.
• Please make sure your contact details are correct. We send your pass, invoice and updates by email.

• Prices are shown per seat, in the currency stated on the event page and invoice.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date, using the payment details on the invoice.
• If a seat is still unpaid 14 days before the event, we will remind you and may release the seat to someone on the waiting list. We will contact you before doing so.
• Bank or transfer charges are the payer's responsibility.

• Cancel 14 or more days before the event starts: full refund of anything you've paid.
• Cancel less than 14 days before, or don't attend: no refund, and any unpaid invoice remains due.
• You can send a colleague in your place at no extra cost at any time. Just tell us their name and email before the event.
• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) and take effect when we receive them.

• We may make reasonable changes to the agenda, timings, trainers or venue. We'll tell you as early as we can.
• If we cancel an event, or move it to a date or venue that doesn't work for you, you can have a full refund.
• We aren't responsible for travel or accommodation costs you've paid, so please book these flexibly.

• Please follow venue rules and the safety instructions of our staff, especially around stages and rigging.
• Equipment you bring is your responsibility.
• We may take photos or video at events for our own promotion. If you'd rather not appear, tell a member of staff on the day.
• Certificates of completion, where offered, are given to people who check in and attend the course.

We take reasonable care in running our events. Our total liability to you for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
